These Terms & Conditions govern your use of AdsMogul's services including website design, hosting, local SEO, Google Ads management, and client portal access.

AdsMogul provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: custom website design and development, website hosting and maintenance, Google Business Profile optimization, local SEO and backlink building, Google Ads campaign management, and client portal access for real-time communication and update requests.
All clients receive access to a private client portal. Update requests submitted through the portal are completed within 48 hours during standard business operations. During high-volume periods, turnaround may extend but will not exceed 72 hours. Portal access is tied to your account and is non-transferable.
All SEO packages require a minimum 3-month commitment. Payments are non-refundable once the monthly work cycle has begun. After the initial commitment, services continue on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
Our Standard and Ultimate packages include a performance guarantee: Top 3 on Google Maps within 90 days, or you don't pay for the period in which the guarantee was not met. This guarantee applies to the primary search term agreed upon during onboarding. The Minimum package does not include a money-back guarantee.
By engaging our services, you consent to receive communications from AdsMogul including SMS/text messages, phone calls, and emails regarding service updates, campaign performance, and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies. Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS. Reply HELP for assistance.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Website designs, code, and creative assets produced by AdsMogul remain the property of AdsMogul until the client's account is paid in full and in good standing. Upon full payment, ownership of custom website files transfers to the client.
AdsMogul will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. SEO results depend on factors including local competition, Google algorithm changes, and profile history. While we guarantee effort and proven methodology, specific ranking outcomes are influenced by external factors.
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be settled in Kern County, California.
AdsMogul reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
