2. Information We Collect

Information you provide: name, business name, email address, phone number, business address, and anything you submit through our forms, portal, or support channels. If you create a portal account, we store your login email and a securely hashed password. If you engage our services, we may hold the account access you authorize (for example, to your Google Business Profile or advertising accounts). Payment details are handled by our payment processor; we do not receive or store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages visited, and the source that brought you to the site. When you submit a form, this visit information is recorded alongside your submission so we can respond, distinguish real enquiries from automated ones, and understand which marketing produced it. It is not sold or shared with advertisers.

Information from connected platforms: campaign and performance data from advertising and business-listing platforms you connect to your account.

We do not purchase third-party lead lists for our own marketing.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (including cloud hosting and data storage, authentication, email delivery, SMS delivery, payment processing, analytics, local search data, and AI-assisted drafting tools), and only as needed to deliver our services. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We also share data with advertising and business-listing platforms you authorize, and when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

5. SMS & Communication Consent

Text messages are express opt-in only. We will text you only if you checked the SMS consent box on one of our forms, texted us first at (805) 800-8141, or told a member of our team on a call that you want text updates. The consent box is unchecked by default and optional. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Messages relate to the request you made and the services you asked about: replies and confirmations, appointment scheduling and reminders, delivery of a requested audit, onboarding and account updates, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Separately from texting, when you submit a form asking us to get in touch, we may reply by phone or email using the details you gave us. Tell us at any time and we will stop.

6. Mobile Information

No mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, or opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. This category of data is excluded from all data sharing. Mobile numbers are used only to deliver the messages described above and are disclosed only to the providers that carry those messages on our behalf.

7. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in to the client portal and our tools. We use a website analytics service to understand how visitors use this site. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some portal features may stop working. See our Cookie Policy for details.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account or engagement is active and as needed to provide services. Afterward, we retain records only as long as required for legitimate business and legal purposes (such as tax and accounting), then delete or anonymize them. You may request earlier deletion as described below.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and restricted access to stored data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and respond promptly to any incident.

10. Your Rights & Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of communications, by contacting us at the details in section 1.

California residents: under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Do Not Call Compliance

AdsMogul complies with the TCPA, FCC regulations, and California telemarketing laws, and honors the National and California Do Not Call Registries.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
